The moment I heard the news that my uncle died due to cancer, I wanted to say that “not yet”. But it was too late, I wanted to introduce him to alternative medicine starting with a supplement drink called DGK which stands for the initials of the proponent. I have been meaning to send it and one reason that delayed also was my mom (sorry ma, but it’s true. ‘Love you though) who was unconvinced. Anyway, enough of the blame game! I just wanted to point out there was no harm if it was tried. The only way to think was to be hopeful of a positive outcome once it was taken. I for one, have been taking it although not that regularly but at least I have been drinking it.
This is already the second time that I failed to introduce DGK to relatives who have cancer. First, was my 14-year old cousin who died the day after Christmas last year unexpectedly because he was actually quite recovering at that time as I’ve heard. One of the owners of We Love Organics (the store I work with) asked as I told her the story of his story which was due to lymphoma, “ Didn’t you introduce them to DGK?” “Argghh, I forgot! Forgetful me!” I said to myself and to her. Then on, I promised that I should send at least a bottle a month of the DGK to my uncle (the one I mentioned above) for a start and until he will recover. Thing is, I failed to send it and now, he’s gone.
Moving on, I vow to promote organic and natural products as well as healthy living and lifestyle. I maybe still far myself into practicing it fully but what matters is we make a first step and on to a giant leap!
“Regrets, I had a few” as Sinatra goes with his song My Way but what’s important is we learn from it and stand up and try again. J
